Xiaomi is also among them, and the company has launch a new program call as Priority Club to strengthen its presence in India.

The Xiaomi Priority Club in India is a program design to provide exclusive benefits and services to Xiaomi customers, aim at enhancing their ownership and service experience.

This program includes a range of benefits for its members, like :

Priority Service

Members of the Priority Club receive priority online appointments and expedited service at Xiaomi service centers, ensuring swift resolution to their issues with minimal disruption to their lives.

Convenience of Repairs

The program includes complimentary pick-up and drop services for mobile repairs, eliminating the hassle of maintenance for members.

Also, there is a guarantee of a 2-hour repair or provision of a standby device to ensure uninterrupt connectivity.

Device Optimization

Regular half-yearly health check-ups and software updates are given to keep devices in peak condition, optimizing their performance and prolonging their lifespan.

Personalized Support

Members enjoy the convenience of prompt callbacks from customer support and direct chat access to knowledgeable agents, bypassing automate systems for a more personalize and tailor support experience.

Product Coverage

Initially roll out for premium smartphones, including the Xiaomi 14 Series, the benefits extend to other flagship smartphones and select smart TV models, ensuring a wider coverage of Xiaomi’s product range.

While in the first phase, Xiaomi Priority Club service is being roll out to Xiaomi’s premium smartphones, including the recently launch Xiaomi 14 Series, Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Xiaomi 14.

These benefits will also be available for Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra.

Xiaomi Priority Club service is also being roll out to users who own the Mi QLED TV 75, Xiaomi OLED Vision TV 55, and Xiaomi Smart TV X 65.
