   For example, if your account number is 1234567890, you can message BAL 7890.
5. BOB will send an SMS to the register phone number with the updated account balance within a few minutes.

1. Save BOB’s WhatsApp number 8433888777 on your phone.
2. Open WhatsApp.
3. Search for the BOB contact.
4. Then, send “Hi”.
